Marla has been working with John for 20 years, since November, 2006. However she and John have known each other since their days at UCLA. She is responsible for all office and support activities. Marla is dedicated to meeting the clients’ needs and providing them with excellent customer service, something that is increasingly rare in today’s world. In a time when calls are answered by automated attendants or immediately routed to voicemail, we take pride in answering the phone ourselves and saying hello to our clients, many of whom have been with us for over 20 years.
Like John, Marla was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. She is the mom to two boys and a rescue dog named Teddy.
